The world's first Wine city, Bely Cape, has opened in Gelendzhik

One of the most significant events of the tourism industry in recent years has taken place on the Black Sea coast — the Bely Cape Wine City has officially opened in Gelendzhik. The new enogastronomy cluster has already been called a unique world-class project combining wine culture, gastronomy, art and recreation in one space.

Bely Cape is located on Gelendzhik's embankment and covers an area of more than 4 hectares. The space has been created as a real city of impressions, where guests can not only get acquainted with the best Russian wines, but also spend the whole day visiting museums, restaurants, tasting rooms and cultural events.

The main attraction of the complex is the Lev Golitsyn Wine Museum, one of the founders of Russian winemaking. The exposition with an area of more than 3,000 square meters tells the story of Russian winemaking through unique archival materials, interactive exhibits and modern multimedia technologies.

The architecture of the complex attracts special attention. The buildings are designed in biotech style, with smooth lines and shapes inspired by the natural relief of the coast. According to the creators, the architecture resembles a stream of water descending from the mountains to the sea.
